ROESIDERS HIT TOBERMORE FOR SIX
Limavady United stormed through to the first round of the BetMcLean Cup following a thumping defeat of Tobermore United at The Showgrounds.
The Roesiders fell behind, however, when Matthew Walker turned the ball into his own net after just six minutes.
But Joe McCready levelled on 36 minutes before Lewis Tosh edged United in front just before the break.
Ian Parkhill extended Limavady's lead early in the second half from the spot before, with just over a quarter-of-an-hour to go, McCready added a fourth.
Substitute Alex Pomeroy then bagged another two in the closing minutes, one of those the second penalty of the game.
