MATCH BALL FOR LUSTY AS LARNE SWEEP PAST WHITES
Matthew Lusty bagged a hat-trick as Larne swept past Lisburn Distillery at Inver Park.
The 19-year-old opened the scoring on 20 minutes with a close range finish after Daniel Kearns had crossed from the left.
The Whites levelled just a couple of minutes after that, however, through Matthew Swann who volleyed a great finish past Jack McIntyre from around 30 yards out.
But Larne regained the lead on 27 minutes with Lusty's second of the evening when he pounced on a poor clearance to beat Ethan Carry into the bottom corner.
Sean Brown then made it 3-1 just after the half-hour mark to give the home side a commanding lead at the break.
They furthered their advantage with 20 minutes remaining after Stephen Curley turned the ball into his own net whilst attempting a clearance before, with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining Lusty completed his hat-trick with a tap in after Andrew Scott's initial effort was blocked.
