SWANS WIN DERBY WITH HOOPS

Two goals in quick succession midway through the second half saw Newington defeat Donegal Celtic.

Peter Gilgunn opened the scoring for the visitors just after the hour before Conal Burns doubled their advantage with a 71st minute spot-kick.

Declan Monaghan grabbed a late goal for Celtic to reduce the deficit but it wasn't enough to salvage something from the game.
