DUNDELA TOO STRONG FOR ROESIDERS

Dundela wasted no time racing into an early lead when, after just three minutes, Ben Murdock directed a header past 'keeper Paul Wells after connecting with a Jamie Jackson corner.

Jordan Thompson might have responded for the Roesiders not long after but despite twisting and turning to create an opening he ultimately sent the ball over the bar.

Dundela 'keeper Alan Blayney was then called into action to tip a Lee Harkin effort over before Joe McCready finished poorly after dispossessing Scott Collins.

The visitors doubled their advantage early in the second half when Ben Roy sent a fantastic volley beyond the reach of Wells' flailing arm into the roof of the net.

Limavady did create a number of half chances after that but despite trailing by those two goals they never really posed much of a threat to Dundela's lead with Graham Crown perhaps having the best chance only to send the ball well from close range.
