BOYLAN GIVES WELDERS THE WIN BUT NO TOP SIX SPOT

An entertaining match saw Josh Barton put Celtic into an early lead, which they held until halftime.

The Welders equalised within minutes of the restart courtesy of a David Rainey penalty and as the match entered the last quarter-of-an-hour Adam Rodgers looked to have won the game and a top six spot for Celtic when he hooked in following a corner.

Late drama however saw Ryan Deans equalise for the Welders a second time and deep into injury time a breakaway goal by Ethan Boylan won the game for the Welders won the match 3-2, which unfortunately was not enough to give either team a top six finish.
