ARTHURS GRABS WELDERS WINNER

HW Welders twice came from behind to claim a maximum return from Institute's visit to Tillysburn Park.

Institute grabbed the opening goal after 32 minutes when Michael McCrudden made the most of the out of sorts Welders defence with a close range finish after Stephen Curry cut the ball in from the left.

The Welders levelled early in the second half when Craig Harris gave Martin Gallagher no chance with a piledriver from distance.

McCrudden restored 'Stute's advantage on 54 minutes when he reacted quickest to a deflected Mark Scoltock effort to tuck the ball past Jason Craughwell.

Back came the Welders with a second equaliser, this time courtesy of a Scott McMillan header.

Then, just after the hour, Ross Arthurs secured the points for the East Belfast side after a David Rainey cross was flicked into his path by Dan McMurray.
