DONNELLY AT THE DOUBLE FOR REDS

Jay Donnelly struck in each half as Cliftonville defeated Ballymena United at Solitude.

The 21-year-old opened the scoring with a header from Tomas Cosgrove's cross after 25 minutes but Johnny McMurray levelled for the visitors soon after with a close range finish.

The Sky Blues were reduced to ten men early in the second half following Tony Kane's dismissal for a challenge on Stephen Garrett but it took the Reds until the 87th minute to grab the winner.
