CARRICK COME FROM BEHIND TO SPOIL GLENS PERFECT START

Glentoran let slip their 100% start to the season with this draw at home to Carrick Rangers.

Ross Redman broke the deadlock in Glentoran's favour five minutes from the break after he took one touch to control the ball before firing left-footed past Harry Doherty from a John McGuigan pass.

However, Lee Chapman levelled for Carrick inside the opening minutes of the second half with a header from Mark Edgar's cross.
