ALLEN BAGS A HAT-TRICK TO SINK SKY BLUES

Curtis Allen bagged a hat-trick as Glentoran recorded a strong away win over Ballymena United at The Showgrounds.

The 29-year-old opened the scoring from the spot just before the half-hour mark and although Johnny Flynn levelled for United on 58 minutes the Sky Blues succumbed to a 15-minute blitz which saw Allen grab another couple either side of a Steven Gordon finish.
